The Department of Mental Health Nursing organised an awareness session under the theme “Unmasking the Appeal – Countering Nicotine and Tobacco Addiction.” The event aimed to raise awareness about the harmful effects of tobacco use and promote healthy lifestyle choices among students and the community.
Highlights
Mr. Ravikumar Y.N., Police Sub-Inspector, Bellur, served as Chief Guest and delivered an informative session on the health, social, and legal consequences of tobacco consumption. The programme encouraged participants to adopt tobacco-free lifestyles and contribute to a healthier society.
